Scope of the Change Management

The software changes are not only one and only types of change that are controled by the Change Management process. It also consists of:

- hardware changes (i.e: when the old hardware has to be upgraded by the new, more efficent)
- documentation change - this is a natural consequence of the software changes. All modifications that has an influence to the user functionality has to be provided.
