Objectives of the Change Management

There are hardly any applications that are so perfect that don't require modifications. Even Windows from time to time is upgraded :) In fact the need for change arises very often and the most early requests for change comes from the user of the given application. The reason for that could be both the error occurence and demand of improvement of the functionality. In each case
the role of the Change Management is to assure the trouble-free creation and implementation of the change. Trouble-free here means that the code exchange should not cause problems to the end user. To achieve this aim Change Management uses the set of standarized procedures that make the process of change efficient. In the next topic (Change Management Actitivies) we will reveal the most typical actions that this process consists of.
